What your one-time purchase includes, how you get access and how to request a refund if it is not right for you.

SuiteLeap is an educational decision tool made by Universe Creative Studio. The Decision X-Ray is $29, one time. It lets you enter your beauty business and proposed salon-suite numbers to see a personalized estimate, a readiness assessment, a downloadable PDF, and comparisons with up to eight other suites. Results depend on what you enter and the assumptions shown. This is a digital product, not a lease review, guarantee of profit, or financial, tax, legal, accounting or investment advice.
The Suite Ready Plan is a separate, optional $19 one-time purchase shown after a Decision X-Ray result. It adds a personalized 30-day action plan and its downloadable PDF. You do not need it to use the $29 Decision X-Ray or the included suite comparison. Neither product is a subscription; there are no recurring charges for these purchases. The exact price and any applicable taxes are shown at Stripe Checkout before you pay.
Access and delivery
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Paid access starts once the payment is confirmed, which can take longer for some payment methods. You do not need an account. Your editable assessment, saved scenarios and suite shortlist are stored in the browser you use; they do not automatically transfer to another device and may be lost if you clear browser storage. Save your downloadable PDF for a copy you can keep. If you request email delivery, it depends on the email provider being available; a mail draft, PDF and private read-only link are alternatives when offered. Private result links expire after 90 days and can be revoked from your buyer browser.
If you paid but cannot access the product, email universecreativestudio@outlook.com using the email address from your purchase. Do not send card numbers, security codes or a private purchase token.
Seven-day refund policy for either purchase
If SuiteLeap is not right for you, email universecreativestudio@outlook.com with the subject “SuiteLeap refund request” within seven calendar days of the purchase you want refunded. Tell us which purchase you mean: the $29 Decision X-Ray, the optional $19 Suite Ready Plan, or both. You do not need to give a reason. This window applies even if you have opened or downloaded the report or plan.
The $29 product and $19 add-on are separate charges. A request for one does not automatically refund the other; if you want both refunded, tell us so, and each charge must be within its own seven-day window. Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on the payment method and bank. We cannot send a Stripe refund to a different card or account.
If there was a duplicate charge, a product you paid for was not delivered, or something else went wrong, contact us even if more than seven days have passed so we can investigate and make it right. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
Using the estimates
You are responsible for checking the numbers and assumptions you enter, asking the salon-suite owner about the actual lease terms, and seeking qualified advice when needed. SuiteLeap does not make the decision for you or promise a particular income, client retention rate, lease outcome or business result.
